Working with Wendy was an amazing experience...the best really. While living in Washington, DC, my condo in Denver had received some significant water damage just prior to listing it for sale. My engagement with Wendy was on the cusp of beginning in January 2021 in the hot real estate market. She was able to survey the damage and create a plan to bring it to market. When I say significant, the entire kitchen needed to be gutted and redone. There was a whole host of unforeseen circumstances; Covid, demolition, unknown asbestos, managing me from a distance (this might have been the saving grace) and on and on. The goal was to bring it to market in March. Of course there were delays; finding materials, finding qualified craftsmen, construction permits and all of this during the pandemic.
